  • - Information about our clients’ transactions with us; this information may include, but is not limited to, claims and payment history.
  • - Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency; this information may include, but is not limited to, a driving record or insurance score report.

  • - Information that is required for INtegrity First Corporation to comply with the law.

How we share client information with affiliated parties

We do not share client information with any affiliate. Unless you opt out, we may disclose limited information about you to our partner, Integrity First Technology Solutions, Inc. The information shared will be for the sole purpose of marketing technology consulting and design. Under no circumstances will we disclose any medical information other than is permitted by law.

How to exercise your right to opt-out of certain information sharing

To exercise your right to opt-out of certain information sharing, you must notify INtegrity First Corporation by mailing in this opt out notice. If you have not exercised your opt out right, we can share the information described.
