Established in 2006, INF is a Pittsburgh-based insurance agency focused on providing professional liability insurance solutions to law firms and companies located in Pennsylvania and Ohio. As a “start-up” agency with no existing book of business to rely on, INF had to quickly demonstrate our professionalism, knowledge, and client oriented style to the professionals we wanted as clients. Our Team
Donald J. Ivol, Jr., RPLU
President/CEO INF
Don received his start in the insurance industry in 1981. As a sales representative with Dexter-Bertholon-Rowland in Pittsburgh in 1989. He became the Director of the DBR operation in 1997, Vice President of USI Colburn Pittsburgh Office in 1999 and President of the USI Colburn operation in 2004. He left the USI operation in 2006 to pursue other interests.
Don graduated from Clarion State College with a degree in Business Administration in 1981 and received his Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) Designation from the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) in 1996.
Don has authored several articles on Lawyers Professional Liability Insurance, participated as a speaker for the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Allegheny County Bar Association's loss control program on Professional Liability, is an instructor and has taught continuing education courses in professional liability insurance, directors and officers insurance and association sponsored health, life and disability insurance programs. He is also an instructor for the Insurance Institute of Pittsburgh.
Stacey Ivol Black
Vice President Privacy/ Data Breach Unit
Stacey graduated with her BS in Computer Engineering from the University of South Carolina in 2005. She received her MS in Computer Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University in 2009. She has been with INF since its inception as a Technology Specialist. All in-house applications have been developed and maintained by her. As webmaster, she is responsible for all aspects of the INF website. She has taken on the role of Risk Management Specialist, offering risk management assessments, and is the Vice President of the Privacy/Data Breach Unit. Stacey also owns Integrity First Technology Solutions, the partner company of INF.
Mark Schnelzer
INF Sales Executive
Mark began his insurance career in 2008 with Western & Southern Life Insurance Company. At Western & Southern, Mark was a sales agent whose focus was on term and whole life insurance products. Mark joined the INF team in June 2012. He is responsible for the marketing and sales of our life/disability insurance products and our lawyers professional liability insurance programs in both Pennsylvania and Ohio.
Mark attended Slippery Rock University , is an avid tennis player and golfer and enjoys watching all types of sporting events. He maintains his life/accident and health as well as his property and casualty insurance licenses in both Pennsylvania and Ohio.
Robin Ivol
Office Manager
Robin attended Clarion State College and has several years of experience in the financial, marketing and sales fields. She has been with INF since the inception in 2006 and is responsible for all aspects of the office administration.
